2012 is approaching fast and a new year is a time for change. Many businesses start the new year with a different mindset and the last two months of 2011 are your opportunity to become part of someone else’s plans for 2012.
It’s a good time to:
- remind your existing clients and your target market that you’re out there and;
- make the case for why they should be talking to and using you to help them achieve their objectives for next year
Companies will be writing Business Plans for 2012 and this will give them pause to think about how they do things, who their partners should be, where they can improve in 2012.
It’s a time when management teams are looking for and receptive to different ideas.
And this window will slam shut around December 16. After that, people are winding down, going away and many companies don’t really get going again until the second week of January. At which point, they’re all guns blazing on the plan for 2012 and the moment has passed.
So now is the time to put your head above the parapet and get your business noticed. The clock is ticking!
